2 - Apply for Accommodations

If you would like to request accommodations, your first step is to submit the online application.
You may submit any documentation that you feel is relevant to your application.




3 - Make an Appointment

Make an Appointment to get in touch with one of your staff members!
Appointments are currently scheduled using an online video application.
Auto-captioning is available upon request, and there is no requirement to have your video turned on.
